DOCUMENTS REQUIRE FOR 12AA |
Before applying for registration in FORM 10A, please make sure that the applicant NGO has got PAN.
The first step for registration is to fill FORM 10A and submitted to the Commissioner of Income Tax. The application form should be filled in triplicate along with the following documents:
- Registration Certificate, Memorandum of Association & Bye Laws for Societies / Trust Deed for Trusts (two copy - signed and stamped)
- NOC from Landlord (if applicable)
- PAN copy
- Copies of audited accounts of the institution/NGO since its inception or last 3 years whichever is less.
- Detail of activities since its inception or last three years whichever is less
- Electricity Bill / House tax Receipt / Water Bill photocopy
- Evidence for welfare activities carried out & progress report since inception.
- Books of Accounts & ITR, if any.
